Typography Book

Project Criteria

Design a Typography & Design Handbook — Digital Publishing Document. Through developing this document, students will gain a fundamental understanding of basic grid systems and how they work in a multiple-page document. Demonstrate expertise in adjusting type syntax to conform to a pixel based, I pad format. The visual motif for the handbook, should also conform to the content message of research.

Goal

Goals of this project was to bring together the typographic design knowledge into one, cohesive document. Create visual examples using text, symbol, illustration, photos and/or diagrams.

My Role

This project was the best opportunity for me to demonstrate my skill at the details (micro) and the overall structure (macro) when creating typographic layout. I loved doing various type studies and morphology.
